Reminders & Practice Communication
Our practice is committed to preventative care and we may issue you with reminder notices or practice information from time to time. Please advise reception if you would like to withdraw from this free service.
Please note that our staff and doctors may communicate with patients and other organisations using SMS, calls, email and/or fax.
For patients, we offer telehealth consultations with GPs via either phone calls or video conferencing. These options are available on our booking page. All other correspondence will be communicated either via SMS and/or email.
In response to the surge in spam messages circulating recently, our medical practice is taking proactive measures to educate our patients. We understand the importance of distinguishing between genuine communications from our clinic and potentially harmful spam.
To address this concern, we are showcasing examples of authentic text messages and emails sent by our practice.
By promoting awareness and providing clarity, we aim to safeguard our patients' trust and ensure seamless communication channels in our healthcare services.

PATIENT FORMS
At time of appointment booking confirmation, we will send text messages asking for the New Patient Form and BetterConsult forms to be filled in.
New Patient Form is essential for Medicare rebates to be processed at time of payment.
Better Consult is a comprehensive form designed to gather patient symptoms and appointment reasons, ensuring doctors have ample information prior to service.

REMINDERS, RECALLS AND PRACTICE INFORMATION
Our practice sends text messages when patient results or other correspondence requires an appointment for review and discussion with a doctor or when new products/services become available.
These messages will never ask for personal details and will always contain our practice name to ensure patients are aware of who is contacting them.
