Dr. Oleg Rachinsky brings nearly a decade of experience as a rural general practitioner and visiting medical officer in remote areas of Victoria. During this time, he has provided comprehensive medical and emergency care at the district hospital, medical centre, local dialysis unit, and aged care facility. 

His extensive exposure to diverse medical, obstetric, and surgical emergencies has equipped him with broad expertise, particularly in chronic disease management for both general and aging populations. Currently affiliated with the Australasian College of Skin Cancer at the University of Queensland, Dr. Rachinsky is deeply passionate about skin cancer prevention, diagnosis, and treatment. 

Dr. Oleg is proficient in performing various minor surgical procedures, including the removal of skin cancers, biopsies, and the extraction of foreign bodies and cysts. 

Dr. Rachinsky’ is also experienced in administering systemic cortisone injections for shoulders and knees. 

His special interests in cardiology and neurology reflect his dedication to providing personalized care. Dr. Oleg Rachinsky is a compassionate and skilled practitioner who ensures each patient interaction is characterized by comfort and exceptional care.
